Cliff House Cottages

The historic harbour area of Seahouses is a perfect base to explore Northumberland, ideal for a holiday beach cottage holiday in Northumberland. 

Built in the 1800’s, these cottages were originally used as storage for the thriving fishing industry and hatches where the fish were unloaded can still be seen in the walls of the courtyard today! The beaches in North Northumberland are areas of outstanding natural beauty, and there are many restaurants, pubs and shops of the village to visit, within a short walking distance. 

Each cottage has unique charm of its own, providing a great base for exploring Northumberland, with all of the amazing things to do and see in the area.

Although No.6 Cliff House Cottage is historic, Wifi, Netflix and Smart TV’s mean that modern home comforts are standard.

Also, we accept 1-2 well behaved dogs in each cottage.

Upon entering No. 6 Cliff House Cottages, you will find a living, dining and kitchen space with tasteful furnishings, complete with dining table and chairs, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, two sofas, and electric log effect fire. A bedroom with double bed completes this cottage.

No. 6 Cliff House Cottage has a designated parking space and the enclosed outdoor decking area is free for you to enjoy when weather allows (we call it liquid sunshine when it rains!) 

No.6 Cliff House Cottages is a short walk from all of the amenities of the village including shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. It is also a stones throw from the beach and harbour on which many hours can be spent watching the world and boats go by.
