 The newest additions to our collection, Cliff House Cottages, are situated in a quiet courtyard in the heart of the historic harbour area of Seahouses, perfect for those looking for a coastal cottage in Northumberland.

Built in the 1800’s, these cottages were originally used as storage for the thriving fishing industry and hatches where the fish were unloaded can still be seen in the walls of the courtyard today! The beaches in North Northumberland are areas of outstanding natural beauty, and there are many restaurants, pubs and shops of the village to visit, within a short walking distance. 

Each cottage has unique charm of its own, providing a great base for exploring Northumberland, with all of the amazing things to do and see in the area.

Although No.4 Cliff House Cottage is historic, Wifi, Netflix and Smart TV’s mean that modern home comforts are standard.

Also, we accept 1-2 well behaved dogs in each cottage.

On entering No. 4 Cliff House Cottage, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Adjacent to the living area is the bedroom with super king bed, chest of drawers, a dressing table, seat and wardrobe. A compact shower room with electric shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail is also provided.

No. 4 Cliff House Cottages has a designated parking space and you’re free to enjoy the outside seating area too.

It’s easy to see why this property is a guest favourite, with many visitors returning year-after-year. 

No.4 Cliff House Cottages is only a short walk to all of the amenities of the village including shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. It is also a stones throw from the beach and harbour, where many hours can be spent watching the world and boats go by.
