The Harbour House is a newly converted and beautifully furnished self catering holiday cottage in Northumberland, situated in the heart of the historic harbour area of the quaint coastal village of Seahouses. The property sleeps up to six guests, with one superking master suite, one king suite and one twin bedroom. Private parking is provided for one car and there is on street parking for another.
For larger groups, The Harbour House can be booked in conjunction with The Sea House (sleeps six) which is located next door.
On entering The Harbour House, we provide plenty of space for you to store your coats and boots following a day exploring the beautiful beaches, quaint coastal villages and majestic castles on your doorstep.
The ground floor offers one twin room with ensuite bathroom with enclosed shower, and one king room with a separate dressing room and family bathroom. Head up to the first floor and you’ll find a large living, dining and kitchen space with tasteful furnishings, comfortable sofas and a 50-inch smart TV with Netflix, allowing guests to relax in comfort.
There is a a dining table to seat six guests along with a well-equipped kitchen with hob, fan assisted oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, perfect for a self catering holiday cottage in Northumberland (should you not wish to sample the varied excellent local eateries!) There is also a cloakroom with WC and handbasin on this floor.
The Harbour House offers views towards the sea and down towards the harbour.
On the third floor, stairs lead to a huge super king bedroom with views to the harbour and sea, as well as providing a 50 inch smart TV, sofa seating area and easy chair by the window, offering you a huge amount of space (and storage) to amplify your stay with us. This floor also comes with an ensuite bathroom with enclosed electric shower.
The Harbour House is located within a short walk from all of the amenities of the village including independent shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. It is also a stone’s throw from the beach and harbour, where many peaceful hours can be spent watching the world and boats go by.
