Cliff House Cottages

Cosy accommodation in nestled in Seahouses harbour. The newest additions to our collection, Cliff House Cottages, are situated in a quiet courtyard in the heart of the historic harbour area of Seahouses in Northumberland, just a stone’s throw from the sea. 

Built in the 1800’s, these cottages were originally used as storage for the thriving fishing industry and hatches where the fish were unloaded can still be seen in the walls of the courtyard today! The beaches in North Northumberland are areas of outstanding natural beauty, and there are many restaurants, pubs and shops of the village to visit, within a short walking distance. 

Each cottage has unique charm of its own, providing a great base for exploring Northumberland, with all of the amazing things to do and see in the area.

Although No.3 Cliff House Cottage is historic, Wifi, Netflix and Smart TV’s mean that modern home comforts are standard.

Also, we accept 1-2 well behaved dogs in each cottage.

Upon entering our single storey cottage, there is a living area, and kitchen, which is full equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The eating and relaxing area is made up by an ingeniously designed drop down table, alongside a comfy sofa to curl up on and watch TV, or read a book.

For sleeping, there is a cosy double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a pair of bedside lights. A shower room with electric shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail completes the cottage.

No. 3 Cliff House Cottage has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It is an idyllic place to stay in Seahouses.

One designated parking space is provided and there is also an outside seating area for you to feel free to use.

No.3 Cliff House Cottages is only a short walk from all of the  shops, restaurants, bars and pubs of the village. It is also a stone’s throw from the beach and harbour, where many hours can be enjoyed watching the world and boats go by.
